Self-practice boost

Practicing a lie-down regularly is the best thing you can do for yourself between lessons.  But, sometimes on your own it it can be hard to trust your own thinking.  Just taking a quiet break can be enough! 


If your mind is wandering *too much*, or you just want a reminder - listening to a guided lie-down can be useful.
