Self-practice boost

November 9, 2019

Practicing a lie-down regularly is the best thing you can do for yourself between lessons.  But, sometimes on your own it it can be hard to trust your own thinking.  Just taking a quiet break can be enough!

If your mind is wandering *too much*, or you just want a reminder - listening to a guided lie-down can be useful.

Here are a few  to get started or refresh your practice - enjoy!

NYPosture Police - Lindsay Newitter

Body Learning - Imogen Ragone

Redefining Posture - Ariel Carson

Look After Yourself -  Janey Goodearl

body-breath-being  -  Carolyn Nicholls.  Her book is also excellent.

Alexander Audio a compilation of recordings
